The Playhouse Lofts integrates unique environmentally responsible, energy-efficient and sustainable building features focused on health, wellness, and the human experience into a modern residential building in the heart of downtown Harrison.
From highly efficient and insulated apartments with individual ERV (“Energy Recovery Ventilation” units) to make sure the air you breathe is pure, to “Green Roofing” and ample public and private outdoor space to get you outside, to a full-appointed Gym and Yoga studio, to an on-site Community Gardens and CSA drop-off location, to an on-site coffee and juice bar, to covered underground parking, the Playhouse Lofts has it all in a “walkable downtown” of shops, restaurants, neighborhood services, parks and trains into Manhattan.

The Playhouse integrates many state-of-the-art “green building” features such as water-retention planters, green roofing areas, and community garden planters to not only bring beauty to the building, but to help being good stewards of our environment.
